The business of body parts for sale is a lot more real than we sane people would like to imagine. Scientists used to compute the relative value of the human body in terms of its chemical composition. But those days are behind us. Now body parts take on a new value in respect to what they will bring on the open market--for use in transplants...or even cloning...maybe.
Anyway, Blood Moon deals with that gruesome reality in a fictional way--even though in this case truth is stranger, or should I say more frightening, than fiction. More later as I continue to rewrite!
