PJ Boox in Ft Myers - Thanks, Patti, for placing Cooper's Moon on your shelves - Stop in and see what she offers
Thanks to Patti Jefferson, owner of PJ Boox... Her own special and cozy indie bookstore at 13550 Reflections Parkway, behind Jason's Deli. Bring your coffee (there's a French bakery next door) and browse her great selection of some new and indie authors.
Patti also wrote An Author's Practical Guide to Daily Marketing. This book can help authors learn how to do their own promotions, something that is necessary for your successful book sales and publicity.
Come on in and get your copy of the first in my series... Cooper's Moon.
Blood Moon Rising and A Cold Copper Moon should be out 2018 and 2019.
We are thrilled to announce that Blood Moon Rising, the second book in the trilogy, will be out by mid/end of March. Finally found an amazing artist whose specialty is gorgeous covers and special interiors. Can hardley wait!!!
January, 2019 Sanibel Island book sales locations~ Gene's Books, MacIntosh Books, Jerry's, Bailey's all have signed copy of local author's book, Cooper's Moon. Blood Moon Rising will be out in mid-March. Stay tuned!
A man walked into a bar... Oops....wrong joke. A man (me) walked into a thrift shop (my favorite place to find worn Levi's), and the salesperson said: "I know you! You write mysteries!" Wow! This was my second personal recognition in a week. (Of course, I blushed and smiled to myself... Okay, tell me more... I'm ready.)
Then, my wife just stared at me and said, "Dude! Get a life. She probably thinks you're Stephen King!"
Anyone have any writer jokes? Bring em' on!
WHEN BOOK TWO, BLOOD MOON RISING, IS RELEASED IN MID MARCH, 2019, WE WILL HAVE A KINDLE VERSION GIVE AWAY OF COOPER'S MOON SO THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE NOT READ BOOK ONE, WILL BE READY TO BEGIN MY NEXT COOPER MYSTERY.

Blood Moon Rising, Cooper's second in his trilogy, is now out andready for purchase on Amazon or B&N and other bookstores. Says one critic, Tris Coburn, "Coop's a cross between DeMille's Mac McCormack and Connelly's Bosch.
It's even better than the first ~ Cooper gets closer and closer to solving the mystery of his son's disappearance.
One review from Jack Driscoll, award winning author of Lucky Man, Lucky Woman says:
"The novel is so richly cinematic that I read it while simultaneously imagining each of the chapters and scenes playing out on the silver screen... the suspense high-tension from beginning to end."
"Lovers of the genre will find much to keep them engrossed. The author successfully raises tension with gripping descriptions and emotional dialogue,"
I'M THRILLED THAT I JUST RECEIVED THE FINALIST AWARD FOR MY SECOND BOOK, BLOOD MOON RISING.
