A special thanks to my Muse (wife) for her days and weeks of reading and editing. It was a time and energy consuming job. I had set a deadline for submitting to my agent and that made for more pressure. But it went out on Tuesday, October 8th.
I know she was thrilled for the break. Two weeks with no writing! But...I'm back into it now with A Cold Copper Moon. Thanks also to my son, Ryan, for all his editing help as well! He's now back at the university working on his doctoral dissertation. So, Blood Moon Rising is now in the hands of my agent (Tris). Here's hoping! Thanks to all of you (including Pam, Middy, Hans, Jim, Jane, Christine, Cathleen, Karyn, and others) for your feedback and inquiries about when my first book will come out. I'm hoping that Blood Moon Rising will be the one. Connie

Hey, Bro: Checked out your website, and am anticipating your book(s). As kids, you were always a master storyteller, making up mystery stories as we walked to and from St. Benedicts', whistling as we scampered past the South Eleventh (Clark) street graveyard. You may remember Ruth Ann Laughlin, who often joined us, with her tales of the occult, helped keep up the suspense along the way. (Carl and I were the professional listeners).

I do remember those days! I had forgotten about Ruth Ann. Thanks for that reminder. We had some pretty scary stories didn't we! Especially as we passed the graveyard!
