Too much to write about!

Most great books are about things that affect us all. Today there is so much happening in our world that it's hard to chose what to write about: the threat of a nuclear attack, the ascent of other countries to challenge the US place on the world stage, the desperate state of things in Puerto Rico after hurricane Irma, harassment of women in the workplace--shall I stop?
But you get the idea.. 
So the topic of my next book should be...?
